My work is grounded in empathy, honesty, and lived experience. I don't just teach healthy relationships—I embody them. Through workshops, girls groups, and dynamic speaking engagements, I inspire others to break generational cycles, reclaim their stories, and lead lives rooted in self-love and purpose.

Our story

H.E.R.

Goal: To inspire schools, families, and organizations to prioritize healing and empowerment over punishment and shame. My work challenges generational cycles, uplifts mother-daughter relationships, and teaches young women that loving yourself is the most powerful foundation you can build.
